The rental price includes all ancillary costs, as well as a broad array of additional services: wireless Internet, satellite TV with international channels, weekly cleaning of the apartment with changes of bed linen and hand towels. The final cleaning after departure is also included in the rent price. The laundry rooms provide the tenants with washing machines and tumblers free of charge. Upon request we also offer supplementary furniture and parking spaces (if available). The apartment is equipped with a modern keyless access system. Tenants will receive the code to the apartment before arrival via SMS or E-mail.
