When seeking temporary accommodation, it is important that you can be certain your expectations are met. It is our mission to only list apartments in which we would stay.
Every apartment listed on TheSqua.re has been independently reviewed by our Supplier Trust Flow algorithm. We independently test each apartment against a 130 point checklist.
Our Supplier Trust Flow algorithm determines independent scores for each apartment building that we list. Our apartments are classified as; Standard, Executive and Deluxe. If an apartment doesn't receive a classification, we don't list it on TheSqua.re. Simple.
Standard
More than ideal for extended stay guests, Standard apartments possess all the necessary appliances and amenities for comfortable self-contained living. All are stylishly furnished, in proximity to public transport hubs and are perfectly designed for globally mobile guests.
Executive
Our range of Executive serviced apartments offer contemporary design, ample space, a pleasant ambience and a host of services to ensure all of our guests enjoy a comfortable stay. With facilities on-site, guests can get even more out of our Executive apartments.
Deluxe
