There are five studios in this apartment block. All of which are self-catering and come with on site parking. There is use of a communal washing machine in the hallway. Each studio had a navy velvet double bed with a luxurious, deep memory foam mattress, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a walk in shower. All of the studios have their own quirks to them - one has a turret, one is in the eaves and one even had a seperate kitchen.

There are two one bedroom apartments, one is on the first floor and the other is on the ground floor with its' own private entrance. Both come with a comfy sofa seating area to relax in front of the 50 inch tv, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with marble style tiles and a walk in shower.

Lastly, with its own private entrance there is a beautiful two bedroomed, one bathroom ground floor apartment which has a small porch at the entrance before entering the main apartment. Once in you are welcomed into a bright and airy main living area consisting of the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a full length fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine with all the basic kitchen utensils and crockery required.  There are also two luxury Arlo and Jacob three seater sofas, a large coffee table for you to relax while watching your favourite film on the 50 inch tv. The dining area showcases a large black and gold dining table with comfy navy velvet chairs. Both beautiful bedrooms have luxury double beds, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside tables and lamps. On entering the marble tiled bathroom, you have a walk in shower, wc and sink with white bath towels.

The building is just a stones throw from Worthings main train station and has a cafe, newsagent and hotel/restaurant in easy reach.
