This one bedroom apartment is well furnished with amenities and furniture. The living room comes with a traditional Japanese style seating, coffee table, flat screen TV, sofa, air conditioner, a laundry basket and a closet with drawers. The bedroom is just a slide away and comes with a double bed and air conditioner. An extended walk-on balcony which can be directly accessed from the living room and bedroom. Balcony has its own seating up to two.

The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, cutlery, stove, rice maker, refrigerator and cooking utensils. 

Right next to the kitchen washing machine is also attached which makes the stay more convenient for business expats or family.

Bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, hand held shower and other basic amenities. WC is separate to keep more hygiene and privacy.
