- The house is decorated in an eclectic style, offering a unique and comfortable living space. It features a bedroom with a king-sized bed and an additional nursery with a crib. Please note that the property is intended for residential use only—commercial activities, parties, smoking indoors, drug use, and pets are not allowed.
- Located near Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach, the house is conveniently situated for easy access to much of Southern California. The living room is equipped with a TV, and you will have access to the entire house, including the laundry facilities in the garage. The yard is shared with occasional visits from the gardener, who comes every other Tuesday, while I may stop by in the evening on Tuesdays to handle the trash. There is ample parking available in the driveway, though I may request that you park on the right side at times, as we occasionally need to move a truck from the left side of the garage.
- Though we don't reside at the house (our home is in Lake Arrowhead), we aim to be available to assist during your stay. For privacy and security, a Nest doorbell camera with a microphone is in place, which connects to our cell phones and may be used for live monitoring or short-term recording. We hope this is not an issue for you. There are no other cameras or microphones on the property. Please let us know a little about yourselves, including where you're from, what you do, and the reason for your visit to Orange County. We also strive to keep the house allergen-free for your comfort.
