Welcome to your home away from home. We have tried to think of everything you may need to make your stay as close to home as possible.

• Our home consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests
• Bedroom 1: Downstairs, queen bed and smart TV, with attached bathroom. There is also a playpen and high chair in the closet if needed.
• Bedroom 2: Upstairs, king bed and smart TV with attached bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Upstairs, double bed
• Bedroom 4 and 5: Both upstairs, each with two twin beds
• Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 share the upstairs bathroom
• Fully stocked kitchen
• High-speed wi-fi
• Large backyard area with patio area
• Pet-friendly. Please indicate the number of pets when booking. There is a $100 per pet fee.

HOUSE RULES:
• No Smoking, Vaping or Recreational Drugs
• NO PARTIES-only registered guests allowed
• Quiet Hours 10:00pm-7:00am
• Do not use white towels, sheets or pillowcases to clean up makeup
• Make-up towels are provided
• No candles or open flames (inside or outside)
• Violation of these rules may result in cancellation or additional charges

OTHER INFORMATION:
• Home is sanitized and cleaned following Covid-19 and CDC guidelines
• Keyless Entry
• Outdoor surveillance cameras are along the perimeter of the home to monitor and prevent unnecessary behavior. This includes the Arlo doorbell camera.
• There are NO cameras or recording devices in the home for your privacy.
• Driveway is big enough for at least four cars. Garage is available upon request. No parking on Twogood Lane.
• Our gardener comes on Wednesdays
• Trash Pick up is on Fridays
