The Space
Denmark House is a spacious three bedroom house which satisfactorily sleeps up to 8 guests. There’s an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner with doors that open out onto the generous garden. There is space for two cars on the drive to the front of the property, offering sought-after convenience in this town centre location.

The Bedrooms
The house has three bedrooms, all of which are bright and open. The master bedroom has the additional benefit of an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a super king size bed which can easily be converted into twin beds at your request prior to check in.

The Kitchen
The sleek and modern kitchen comes fully equipped with an induction hob, built-in electric oven and all the crockery and cutlery that you will need to prepare, cook and serve some delicious homemade meals. The dishwasher will take care of the clearing up! There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

The Bathroom
Indulge in the opulent family bathroom that holds a large bath with shower overhead. Our properties come with complimentary toiletries as standard.

The Garden
The garden has a beautiful seating area and is perfect for summer BBQs and entertaining.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
