The studio is situated on the 5th floor (with an elevator) with a classic French carpeted staircase. The total space of the studio comprises of 23m2. It is fully furnished & equipped with a comfortable convertible sofa bed (The sofa converts into a proper double bed with an in-built mattress), two bedside tables with lamps, a round table with four chairs, and an external wardrobe with a mirror. The kitchen consists of an electric stove which offers two burners, a sink, an upper and lower closet attached to the wall, a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a cutlery. The washroom comes with a washing machine, a shower cabin with a sliding door, a WC, a sink with a mirror on top, and a closet underneath.
