Our house, with a surface area of 180m², has been completely renovated by professional interior designers and decorators. The house is very well served by public transport (stations and metro nearby), making it an ideal starting point to explore all corners of Paris.

The house, located on a street with no opposite, is organized over 3 levels. Combined air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms. It consists of :
On the ground floor :
- A custom-made open kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher. A combined washer-dryer is available in the kitchen for your convenience.
- A living room, pure and modern, a true invitation to relaxation, consists of two designer sofas, modern seating, coffee table, and smart TV.
- The adjacent dining area has a dining table that can accommodate up to ten guests, ideal for convivial dinners.
- A first master bedroom consists of a 160x200 bed, and a custom-made dressing room. A first private bathroom is attached to the bedroom and consists of an Italian shower, double sink, and toilet.
From this master suite, you will have access to a terrace with no opposite, with a table for seven guests.

On the first floor, after climbing the stairsv:
- A second master bedroom consists of a 160x200 double bed, and a wardrobe to organize your belongings.
A second bathroom is attached to the bedroom and consists of an Italian shower and sink.
- A third bedroom consists of a 160x200 double bed, a television, and a wardrobe.
- A third bathroom consists of an Italian shower, sink, towel rail, and toilet.
- A Junior Suite consists of a fourth bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, television, and wardrobe. A fifth mezzanine bedroom consists of a double bed and a television.
A fourth bathroom is attached to this Junior Suite and consists of an Italian shower and sink.

On the lower floor :
- A second home cinema-style living room is composed of a designer sofa and a smart TV.
- A sixth bedroom consists of a 160x200 double bed and a television. A large dressing room is attached to the bedroom.
- A fifth bathroom consists of a large Italian shower, sink, and towel rail.
- A separate toilet with its own sink.
- Plenty of optimised storage space to organise your belongings
- Television and broadband internet (WIFI)
- Bed linen and towels are provided by us.
