You'll experience Paris from the point of view of a local when you stay in this apartment, as it is located in the in one of the city's most popular residential areas. The 15th arrondissement has many famous attractions that you can visit within just a short distance of your apartment: The Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, Montparnasse with its famous tower and rue de Rennes, Invalides, Motte-Picquet-Grenelle, and Ecole Militaire.
The living area of the apartment is very spacious and has plenty of seating to socialize with friends and family. The apartment is just a short walk from the Grenelle market from where you can purchase fresh produce and prepare home cooked meals for your loved ones in the fully equipped kitchen. The Kitchen and the dining room are separate from the living area. There are four posh bedrooms in the apartment. Three bedrooms offer double beds and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms consists of a desk and chair to work from. There are four bathrooms in the apartment. Two half bathrooms only consisting WC and sink. One bathroom has a shower room and the last bathroom has a bath and shower combination.

Cancellation Policy
- 90 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 90 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
