Our 3 storey detached house is located in the desirable new build area, Kingsmere in Bicester. It is just minutes walking to Bicester Village shopping centre & train station. Even closer you have Pure Gym, M&S Food, Tesco, Boots, a variety of restaurants and more, catering for all your needs. The house has a large kitchen/diner and offers flexible living along with well-equipped living spaces. All 4 of the bedrooms are large with a combination of 1 king-size bed, 2 Double and one triple room (3 singles).
Living Room
Our lovely large living room boasts a sizeable sofa alongside and arm chair for relaxing in. You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the Smart TV so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire.
Kitchen/Diner
Our spacious kitchen/diner is the heart of the house and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The table seats eight/nine people. The fully equipped kitchen incudes everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is; dishwasher, oven, electric hob, full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, glasses, cutlery, pans and utensils. There is a washing machine in the utility room.
W/C
In the hallway of the house there is a W/C with a wash basin. This handy facility means you don’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom and makes life easier when there is a full house.
Bedroom 1, 2 and 3
The first two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The dual aspect window in the master king sized bedroom allow for lots of light to brighten up the room, making it a lovely space to be in. This room also boasts an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is also a good size and has a double bed. Bedroom 3 is a twin with two single beds. Each room has a wardrobe to hang and store your clothes. There is a dressing table/desk in the rooms as well as plenty of plug sockets for your electronics.
Family Bathroom
The first floor also boasts a modern bathroom which has a bath, a toilet, a sink and a shower over the bath. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest.
Bedroom 3 and 4
On the top floor there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, and a dressing table/desk.
There is also a couple of hairdryers available and fans on request.
Outdoor Area
There is a large garden, which is a great place to enjoy in the sunshine. The area can be accessed through the patio doors from the kitchen-diner and has a back gate which leads out to the parking spaces. There is an ash tray situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the house.
Parking
There are two off-street parking spaces one at side of the house in front of the garage. The other space is situated directly in front of the front door. On-street parking is also available close to the house for any additional vehicles.
