A pharmacy, a dry-cleaner and a bakery are at about 80 metres from the apartment, which is located in a neighbourhood rich of restaurants, nightspots and bars. Via Torino, the shopping street leading to Piazza Duomo, is at a few steps as well.

Entering we find the living area with a table for 6 people and 5-door wardrobes. The separate kitchen is complete with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and 4-burner hob and door to the balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. Then we find a first bedroom with a double bed, 50-inch smart TV, bookcase, comfortable 4-door wardrobe, and desk. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a large 6-door wardrobe, a desk, and a comfortable armchair. The apartment is completed by the bathroom with a window and a large shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
