The apartments have unlimited business broadband, flat screen TV and weekly housekeeping service for stays of 7 or more nights.

Please note that the standard check-in time is from 3pm until 7pm and the check out time is before 11am. Later check-in is possible but incurs an extra fee, as we need to send a member of our team to wait for you out of office hours. From 7pm until 10pm check-in has a £30 fee, and from 10 pm onward an £80 fee.

All our apartments are non-smoking and pets are not accepted. Parties and social gatherings are not allowed in the premises. The maximum occupancy of the apartments must not be exceeded (2 guests for a one bedroom apartment and 4 guests for a two bedroom apartment) and children and babies count toward the maximum capacity.  Children under the age of 2 must be accommodated in a baby cot at an extra cost of GBP 75 + VAT per week, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. A refundable damage deposit of £500 may be requested prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
