This recently renovated apartment features a meticulously organized and equipped space to ensure a comfortable stay.

With two bedrooms adorned with double beds, overlooking a quiet street, it offers a serene environment in which to relax.

The living room is comfortable, equipped with a sofa and a dining table, while the modern kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator and a microwave.

On the first floor, a full bathroom with shower completes the convenience. This duplex apartment offers even more comfort on the upper floor, where a sofa bed accommodates additional guests.

Additionally, an office provides an ideal space for working remotely or handling important business matters.

A games room is available to entertain the little ones, as well as another complete bathroom with shower.

To enjoy the outdoors, guests can use the balcony and portable barbecue to prepare delicious meals outdoors.

Notes

There is private parking available, the garage entrance is between two pillars which makes entry a little difficult, requiring some maneuvering to enter and park.

We recommend a more compact car if possible, as larger cars can also get in and out.

Free parking available outside, 5 minutes walk from the building entrance.

Interaction with guests

Upon arrival, there will be a welcome book to help you make the most of your stay (good deals, recommendations, local tips, etc.).

We choose to give customers their space, however, if needed we are available by phone, text or email.

Access

All space in the Perestrelo II Building, together with the amenities of the building, is included in this reservation. Por favor, sit as at home.

It is located in a residential building, so that it also respects the quiet period, which is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and respects our neighbors.

House Rules

Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
No disturbances, especially no noise after 22:00.
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
No more guests than those indicated in your reservation (an additional fee of €100 per guest per night will apply).
No video productions.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring on the premises.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal property or valuables during your stay. We
are not responsible for items left behind. A handling and shipping fee will be applied to return requested items to you.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, put it back; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
