My work requires me to take flights almost upto 3-4 times a month and more than often I find myself jet lagged and end up not feeling fresh during the meeting. Any business travellers here who could suggest their hacks to feel good during these meetings?

Taking a quick shower, a shot of expresso or ice americano always helps. Or try to take some Vitamin B, it will boost your energy.

What helps me is beginning to adjust my sleep incrementally before I travel, I also like having a calming chamomile tea before bed. I also stay refreshed by taking a quick shower after I reach the destination and definitely avoid napping, as you might end up sleeping for hours instead!
