Hi Jenny! Winter months from October-November are a great time to visit Hong Kong. Even springtime is also good to visit. March and April are the spring months.

The weather here is mild throughout the year mostly. But October, November and December are the cooler months. Hence, the weather is great for travelling without the embarrassing sweat and the uneasy heat. The winters here are not very cold as compared to the European countries where winters are longer and colder accompanied with snowfall.

That’s correct. Temperatures in winters range anywhere from 16°C to 20°C from October till February. So it’s never freezing cold in Hong Kong. The weather remains pleasant and bearable. Since, they are drier months it is easier to travel around and visit the sights around the city. It can sometimes rain in winters but it’s nothing to be worried about.

I like the spring season. I like to travel in April and March as the weather turns that much sweeter and convenient. Though it’s the best time to travel to Hong Kong but you have to be mindful of the number of travellers thronging the city at this time. Spring is the peak season for tourists and visitors. Summers are a big no for me. It’s humid, hot and sweaty and I don’t enjoy travelling during this time. Hence, I would suggest to keep Spring time as your favoured time of travel month for Hong Kong.
