It has 2 full baths and comfortably sleeps 6 guests in beds. All beds feature premium linens and premium memory foam mattresses. Guests will access the house via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to your arrival via text and email. We offer contactless check-in. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500 and evicted from the property immediately. NO SMOKING Amenities include free WIFI, Smart TVs w Streaming Apps, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can.

Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
