Lovely fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, gas hub, fan oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. 
In the fridge you will find milk and coffee and teas beside the kettle. 
Kitchen is also stocked with all cooking basics like spices, oil, vinegar and all the cleaning products. 

In the Living Room are there is a 3 seater sofa, nice comfy snug sofa and smart Tv.

Here you will also find dining room table for four and lovely readings corner. 

From the kitchen there is a door leading to the private garden with dinning set to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening or a cup of tea and breakfast in the morning. 

Next level on the first floor there is a first bedrooms with king bed and the family bathroom where you will find nice big bath plus a walk in shower, sink, mirror and the loo. There is also big build in wardrobe. 

On the top floor there is a second bedroom with en-suit and super king zip and link bed that is always set up as 2 single but it can be made in to a super king bed by request.

CHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR BOOKINGS MADE ON THE DAY OF THE CHECK IN. 
En-suit has a bath with the shower handle as well, sink and the toilet.

There is  central heating system throughout the property and free WIFI.
