This spacious Barcelona city centre apartment is very unique and spacious! Its one of a kind layout and the local location makes this a great apartment for really living in Barcelona like a Spanish person. The apartment is set up so that it goes in a big circle. You enter into the apartment and have a very nice, small interior light patio to greet you with a small zen garden. To the right, you have the first guest bedroom which is duplex style. We advertise the apartment as a 3 bedroom apartment but in reality, this first guest bedroom has two bedrooms. On the bottom floor of this bedroom are two single beds and a staircase that will take you up to the second floor where there are two more single beds in an open style lofted bedroom (the beds can be made into a queen sized double). Going back into the hallway, you then have the living room area which is very comfortable and sunny. The sitting area has big windows overlooking the street and is a great nook for snuggling with a book or to watch the people pass by. The dining room area is next then with a fantastic antique dining room table. The kitchen is connected to the dining room by a door and is fully equipped. Getting out of the kitchen from the other door that connects the kitchen to the main hallway, to the right-hand side, you have the master bedroom with a big, queen sized, double bed. After that, there is the last guest bedroom that is also a duplex style. On the bottom level, you have a single bed. Going upstairs, you have the guest bedroom with a big double bed. PLEASE NOTE: upper bedrooms have low ceilings (about 1'70m). Overall, it is a very comfortable and classic Eixample apartment with lots of charm. You really won't find another apartment like this one out there.
