This lovely duplex apartment is located on the first floor of the building (technically the third floor, as there are a "principal" floor and "entresuelo" floor in Barcelona buildings). It faces the back of the building to an open, big space, so the apartment is very silent and peaceful even though you are in the middle of the main city Plaza. It is a stylish and modern apartment that is perfect for a large family, group of friends or business associates. You have a balcony overlooking the inner patio that is great for having a glass of wine or taking in a bit of fresh air privately. Bottom level. The living room of this fantastic apartment is on the lower level and has french doors which open onto the small balcony/terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful weather that Barcelona enjoys for much of the year; this allows for lots of natural light in the apartment making it a great area to relax and unwind after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping! Leading from the living area you will find the dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, ready for any guests wishing to prepare meals.
