The apartment has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin sized beds that can be made into a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a single twin sized bed. The kitchen is open style with the dinning room and living room area. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). The apartment has a small Spanish balcony overlooking the back patio of the building making this apartment a very quiet choice. The decorations are light, neutral and pleasant that anyone can appreciate. The whole apartment is recently renovated and brand new. The building has an elevator (please note that there are 5-6 steps to the apartment door from the elevator) and there is heating and air conditioning.
