The villa is furnished in a Provençal style and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, the hills and the picturesque village of Grimaud. The entrance of the villa is at the backside. From the entrance, you enter the large living room. The villa is spacious, light and cozy decorated. The living room is built in a “U” shape. The 2 long sides of the “U” give access to the covered terrace. Due to this shape, there a 2 comfortable seating areas!  In line with the seating area at the fireplace, you find a semi-open kitchen with a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Very nice is the breakfast bar with stools. The other seating area has a comfortable corner sofa. In this part of the living, we very much appreciate the nonplastered original walls. The french doors provide good light and connect the living room with a partly covered terrace. This terrace offers a beautiful view over the vineyards and the surrounding Provencal hills.

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms are airconditioned and situated on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a double canopy bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower). French doors give access to the terrace. Bedroom 2, the master bedroom, has a double bed and a large, luxury en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. The colors in combination with the design gives you that Provençal feeling. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and bedroom 4 has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a shower room and toilet. All bedrooms are provided with the luxurious bed linen. Via a stone staircase, a few steps down, you are at pool level. The pool has roman steps which are nice for children to play on in the shallow water. The pool is gradually getting deeper. An outdoor shower is available. Around the pool, on the sun terrace and in front of the pool house, there are several sun loungers and parasols to relax and enjoy the sun.The pool house is wonderfully spacious, covered and with the lounge sofa, the ideal place to stay during the evenings. There is a large cast-iron table with dining chairs where you can have lunch or dinner.
