The Grandstand - is a spacious ground floor apartment with x 3 bedrooms (with double beds), sleeps 6 and all have ensuite bathrooms plus an extra bathroom with a bath. This fantastic industiral vibe space boasts a 10 seater cinema room, study area with desk, lounge, large kitchen with an island seating 10 people. Outside terrace area. The apartment is wheelchair accessible throughout. Smart TV's in each bedroom and lounge.
The first floor apartment - The High Roller, has x 2 bedrooms (with double beds) sleeps 4, all ensuite. Principal bedroom has bath and shower in the ensuite bathroom and a small adjoining lounge with sofa bed and a desk. Lounge has a fun roulette table and adjoining kitchen has an island that seats 4 people. Smart TV's in all the bedrooms and lounge.
The second floor apartment, The Winner, has 2 bedrooms (with double beds) and sleeps 4, both with ensuite bathrooms. The principal bedroom has a desk and the ensuite bathroom has a large Monsoon shower. Bedrooms have smart TV's. The kitchen and adjoining lounge has a Smart TV and a view of the iconic Blackpool Tower.
The third floor apartment, The Royal Enclosure, is a fantastic loft conversion space. With one bedroom with a King bed (sleeps 2). Boasting a Villeroy & Bosch bath in the bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen and adjoining large lounge area has a Smart TV and a view of the iconic Blackpool Tower.
Swith Luxury Apartments at 16 Empress Drive are situated in the quieter North Shore end of Blackpool. There is a tram at the top of the road to take you into the heart of Blackpool or you can do a lovely coastal walk to The Golden Mile which is famous for The Tower, The Pleasure Beach, the Promenade with all the fun attractions.
Manchester and The Lake District are 1 hour car journey.
