The exclusive Alpine Décor Chalet is spread over four floors and has magnificent views of the Matterhorn. The chalet offers a large balcony and our of the five bedrooms have their own balconies with a view over the Zermatt. The large balcony also offers outdoor seating to enjoy a glass of wine and relax with the views.
The chalet has five bedrooms across two floors, all complete with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. The chalet is fully wired with the latest entertainment systems for all your audiovisual needs. There is also a separate entertainment room with TV, games tables and a chessboard.
On the top floor, you will find the open plan living room and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is also preset here. The ground floor offers the spa and wellness area which comes complete with an indoor hot tub and hammam steam room. On this floor, you will also find your private ski room, a place to do your laundry and a professional kitchen.

Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September and then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
