The house has three levels. The entire top floor is the master floor, consisting of the master bedroom and bathroom, dressing and a private balcony with spectacular views over the Cap d’Antibes. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, along with a double sink and heated floors.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living spaces and two further bedrooms. The cozy living room has a fireplace, a breakfast room and glass conservatory housing a dining table with a beautiful view of the gardens. The kitchen is custom-made and fully equipped with a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a full set of glassware and cutlery. There is also an outdoor barbecue.

There are two bedrooms on this floor and a full-sized bathroom and a guest toilet. There is one kids’ bedroom with two twin beds and a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed. The full-sized bathroom has a double sink and a luxurious rain shower.

The bottom floor consists of two guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds and full-sized bathrooms with a TV room and a utility room containing a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board with an iron. The large, private, outdoor pool is approximately 4m x 6m with a depth of 4m and a diving board. There is a jacuzzi and a sauna next to the pool too.
