Grimaud is the perfect base, a picturesque, quiet village but still in touching distance of St Tropez, Port Grimaud and the various beautiful beaches. The villa is not overlooked at all, has excellent views, is in a quiet area and is well maintained

The villa sleeps ten guests and is on two levels. The entrance of the villa is on the first floor, just like the living and the kitchen. The living has a luxurious seating area. The wooden beams and decoration give the villa a Provencal atmosphere. There is a television and a fireplace. Feel free to take a book from the bookcase to unwind in one of the luxurious armchairs. From the living, french doors give access to the terrace that overlooks the pool and the lavender-scented garden.

At the rear of the villa, you find the contemporary kitchen with modern kitchen appliances such as an oven, an American fridge with a freezer, an ice cube machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a wine refrigerator. There also is a dining table for eight. You will find a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower). Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there are two other bedrooms which both have direct access to the garden and terrace with the pool. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. One en-suite bathroom has a shower and toilet. The other en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 5 is located at the side of the villa, has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

From the living room, you have access to the terrace. This terrace offers a beautiful view of the hills, the garden and the pool. At this terrace, you find a luxurious lounge set, a table with chairs and a parasol. A lovely place to enjoy and relax with a glass of wine.

At the side of the villa, under a pergola, you find another terrace with a large dining table and chairs. The private pool can be reached via a couple of steps. At the terrace around the pool are several sun loungers and parasols. This place is ideal for enjoying the sun and taking a dip in the pool.
