This exquisite villa is spread over three floors. It has six thoughtfully designed bedrooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms and terraces, providing an ideal balance of communal areas and intimate retreats.

The main floor is a masterpiece of design with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a remarkable 4 metre table. There is also a large living room with fireplace and three dining rooms, one of which is under a charming wisteria veranda. An extensive use of windows and terraces floods the space with natural light, linking the interior with the stunning natural surroundings.

The first floor accommodates four generously sized bedrooms, each with exceptional views of the village and the Tramuntana mountains. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and terraces, adding a touch of exclusivity.

On the lower level, a multi-purpose room, adjacent to the gym, equipped with a TV and comfortable sofas, adds an extra dimension for relaxation and entertainment. Here are the other two lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and its own walk-in dressing room, both with direct access outside to a beautiful terrace with views of the countryside. A small gem of the house is the wine cellar where you can enjoy red and white wines from a local winery, as well as olive oil produced on the Finca XX estate.

Outdoors, the property boasts a 13X5 private pool with a large solarium, and several beautiful sun terraces, including a dining area shaded by an olive tree—perfect for al fresco dining. Finca Eva is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The fragrant lavender and colourful bougainvillea complement the landscape dominated by centuries-old olive trees and cypresses. 

The property adopts a sustainable approach, opting for ceiling fans, aerothermics and promoting eco-friendly practices, such as encouraging the use of glass bottles for filtered water to minimise plastic waste. An osmosis system is available.
