The apartment is fully air conditioned & located on the first floor with an elevator – a very rare feature in downtown Florence! - on an elegant building in via de' Bardi, a charming street literally just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio, in the Oltrarno area.

Natural light floods the spacious living area thanks to the spectacular window, while the wonderful parquet wood floors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in every room. As you enter the apartment you walk into the amazing open space living room and dining room. Off the living room, you walk out to the balcony face to the church of Santa Felicita and Corridoio Vasariano.
