The apartment is recently renovated in an elegant, contemporary style and located on the 3^rd floor with an elevator. The furniture is modern and the space is used in a smart, practical manner. The apartment is naturally lit because of its two big windows facing the street. There is air conditioning in all rooms and the color scheme is predominantly in the light and natural tones. The living room is equipped with sofa a large dining room table for up to 4 people, and a flat-screen TV. Even though the apartment has a maximum capacity of 2 people, the living room space allows guests to invite a larger group over for drinks or dinner. The kitchen, which is done beautifully and is very comfortable to navigate in, is separated from the living room by a sliding door and is equipped with a half-size fridge, oven, and kitchen supplies. The bedroom is located on the left of the entrance and has twin beds that can be combined upon request.
