The large, spacious living room is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The 21’ kitchen diner is a space for being together whilst preparing or sharing a meal. 

There is a rear enclosed yard, with some seating if you want to sit outside during the summer month. 

The house features 4 bedrooms, with 5 single beds and 1 double bed. Each bedroom has comfortable beds with linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The main bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.  Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet rolls) are provided. In addition, for longer stays, a complimentary fortnightly clean is offered. 

There is free high-speed wireless Wifi throughout. For your convenience, we have provided an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothes drying stand. 

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. It features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light.

The 21’ kitchen/diner is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals.  including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a dining table for shared mealtimes and an extra space equipped with an office desk so you can stay on top of work.

The house also features 2 bathrooms, both with shower cubicles, wash basins, and wc. Although located in a quiet, residential area it is only a short distance from the East Lancashire Road/Haydock offering easy access to major roads and motorways. 

Our holiday house is fully equipped with all the essentials, including linen and towels, so all you need to bring is your suitcase. We hope you enjoy your stay. The local area is also home to a number of parks and nature reserves including Pennington Flash, perfect for hiking and outdoor activities.
