Our own photovoltaic system produces electricity to cover our own electricity consumption. All apartments are connected to a central ventilation system with efficient heat recovery. Energy - efficient LED lamps and kitchen appliances, insulated walls. The windows offer the highest insulation standards due to their triple glazing.
You will have your own mailbox, and luggage lockers. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle,mixer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Underfloor heating provides great comfort.
Because we are pet friendly, you can have a walk with your friend and forget your car, which can be parked in our underground parking on-site.
Located in the southwestern city of Munich, in Sendling Westpark district.. The center (Marienplatz / Central station), exhibition center and airport can be reached quickly and easily by public transport. We offer from Studios to large 2 Bedroom Apartments.
