Splendom Madrazo apartments are located in a beautiful classic renovated building with a lift and one apartment per floor. We offer from one to three Bedroom Apartments of more than 200 sqm. The Madrazo area is one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Madrid, the street itself is very quiet, with several institutional buildings.
Splendom Madrazo has a community gym area with exercise machines at the disposal of the clients who stay in our apartments. Some apartments come with spacious terraces and double door refrigerator, and all af them are fully equipped with washer-dryer, dishwasher, Fiber internet, Large 65” Smart TV, and Fiber internet.
We offer extra services as the possibility to add daily cleaning service, luggage storage service, Transfer service (airport or bus / train station), public off-site parking reservation management, or catering service.
The area is surrounded by the most emblematic places of the city, such as the Prado Museum, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Canalejas, etc., which are within only a few meters walking distance from the apartments.
