Being just a 10 minute walk to the main rail station our guests also benefit from quick & easy travel links into Central London – With Gatwick just 25 mins by train! There is also a bus stop right outside taking you into the shopping hub of Central Croydon.
Croydon is home to Four stations: Purley Oaks,East Croydon, West Croydon and South Croydon, with trains operated by Southern and First Capital Connect. It can take as little as 15 minutes to get to Gatwick Airport from East Croydon Station, and you can continue to Brighton for a day at the seaside in less than 40 minutes. East Croydon also connects you directly to Victoria Station in around 15 minutes where you can visit Buckingham Palace, and to London Bridge in a similar time, where you can enjoy foodie heaven at Borough Market or cross the river for the Tower of London.
Black cabs are always in plentiful supply in Croydon, particularly about the railway stations, so they can be hailed from the street. But there are plenty of taxi companies in the area too, including Kendall Cars on Epsom Road, Diamond Cars & Couriers, on Purley Way, Direct Car Services on Braemar Avenue, Circuit Cars at South End, plus Kendall Cars on Station Road.
Croydon is so expansive and vast that you’ll only just about have time to walk through Croydon itself, let alone walk to surrounding areas. However, if you love taking leisurely afternoon strolls you could always escape to some of the beautiful surrounding parks including Addington Hills and Croham Hurst, which are both about an hour’s walk away if you start out at East Croydon Train Station.

Cancellation Policy
- 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 6th September then gives notice on the 5th September, then 1 days notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
