My entire experience with thesqua.re has been great. Looking at the booking amount and comparing it with place of stay, we can safely say it exceeded our expectations. It was a tastefully done stylish apartment with large glass windows. 

The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4. Preparing our own meals was easy with a fully functional cooking top, well stacked kitchenette that had utensils and a dishwasher.

I must say my initial experience was a bit of a struggle here. I had booked an apartment at Lincoln Plaza. But two days before I was scheduled to reach there I was intimated that the apartment at Lincoln plaza was unavailable for some reason and my stay was being adjusted at South Quay at another apartment. 

I was baffled to know that because I had to reach in two days and last minute changes are a bit inconvenient. 

To my surprise when I reached South Quay my frown was turned into a smile. My entire booking amount was adjusted and the apartment was way better then I had imagined. 

The staff at the reception was very helpful and polite. They took care of every little thing. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and had just the perfect ambience with its wooden floors and soft toned walls. Despite the initial hiccup I faced, thesqua.re ensured that I had a great stay, which I did.

It is a multifunctional and modern space. Thesqua.re guys do give minute attention to detail on everything. The bath towels were clean, toilet rolls were timely replaced, in-room laundry facility was there. Taking care of small needs like making sure my stay was hassle free. I even found a spare Hair dryer in the dressing room, just in case you know. 

All arrangements were nicely done with the small coffee table, the separate work desk, the large queen sized bed, personal kitchen with microwave and a cooktop. All worked for me.

The rooms had chic decor and had an open area plan with a view to the city from the balcony. I enjoyed my breakfast there every morning. The staff and services were timely and well managed. They took care of a few basic things for me like dry cleaning and grocery delivery. The location did make a huge difference for me. I enjoyed my stay there.

I have been staying here for sometime. It is easier for me to opt for the South Quay apartments as they are cheaper a lot better alternative to many of the hotels in the area. I have to say these apartments are by far the best option than the lot of expensive ones which claim 5 star services but do not deliver.  

The peaceful and calm location of these apartments and the fact that they are at a walking distance from the Discovery Dock and the readily available DLR made my stay within budget and did add to my experience.

Great flat, in a great area. View of construction wasn't great, but do not interfere with over all quality of the stay

This was the best location in general to get to South Side Canary Wharf, restaurants, market, DLR, Tube. Nice, clean, well-outfitted and well-maintained apartment. management team were very easy to work with and were prepared for my arrival. I have stayed in thesqua.re apartments before and will definitely book with them again.
