This bright, modern apartment is a short walk from Dundee University, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars and restaurants.
Free on-street parking is available right outside the door and there is a convenience store across the road.
Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum.
Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The larger sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos) if required while the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests.
Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to.
There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive.
There is a bright outlook and great view from the front windows of the property, which you can see in the photos!

There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
Please note, this flat is on the second floor.
There is a Double bed and wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror.
