This spacious, central apartment is a short walk from Dundee University, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars and restaurants.
Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum.
Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen, bathroom and a separate shower room. The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed if required while the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests.
Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to.
There is a supermarket right across the road along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive.

There is free on-street Parking outside and you can see a map to the Train Station in the listing photos above.
There is a well-maintained, secure entrance stairwell leading to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
On-street parking is available nearby but it can be busy and sometimes tricky to find a space during the day. You may need to park a 4 or 5 minute walk away and I can advise the best areas to do so!
This flat is on the second floor.
There is a Double bed and wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror. If you are booking for three or four people, there is a fold-out double bed in the lounge and additional bedding/towels will be provided for your stay. You can see this bed fully made in the photographs on my other listings.
