Hip Nautic is a brand new ground floor apartment, recently completed with accommodation for up to four guests. The property offers a stylish and luxurious base with the added highlight of convenience. Hip Nautic is perfectly located for Bournemouth town centre, the beach, Bournemouth train station and also has quick access to the A35 for Bournemouth Airport or further into Dorset.

The space

Hip Nautic is a tastefully decorated ground floor apartment with a private entrance. There is a comfortable and modern open plan kitchen/lounge and a bedroom complete with ensuite. The sofa can be used as a bed on request, making Hip Nautic an excellent choice for couples, families and friends.

Bedroom

The bedroom in this property offers a space of tranquillity and calm. The pink velvet upholstered double bed is complemented by gold bedside tables and shelves. There is a wall mounted mirror and space to hang clothes during your stay.

Ensuite

Through the bedroom you will find a lemon yellow ensuite with funky textured marble tiles. The ensuite comprises a modern walk in shower with rainfall head, separate handheld head, WC and basin. For added convenience there is a heated towel rail and steam free illuminated mirror. We will provide towels and complimentary mini toiletries for your use during your stay.

Kitchen/lounge

The recently fitted kitchen feels fun yet sophisticated with light blue and pink marble effect tiling on the walls. Fully equipped, the kitchen at Hip Nautic has an induction hob, electric oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for up to four guests, and with a dishwasher there will be no disagreements over the washing up! The breakfast bar seats two and can double up as a workspace if needed. There is a fitted washer/dryer for your convenience during your stay.

The scandi-style lounge feels open and light, perfect for chilling out and reading a book by the window. The comfortable grey L-shaped sofa is an inviting place to relax and watch a film on the 55” Smart TV (which you can use to sign in to your preferred streaming platform). If you would like to use the sofa as a sofa bed, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
