Located in the 1st arrondissement on the Avenue de L’Opera, this beautiful and spacious four bedrooms Paris apartment rental occupies the entire fourth floor of a prestigious building designed in the Hausmann era. Its ideal location situates it merely two blocks away from the Palais Royal and the Louvre, with the renowned shopping and restaurant district that surrounds Access into the apartment is both easy and secure, two codes are needed to enter the building, and then it is only a short ride in the elevator to the fourth floor.
Upon entering this Paris apartment, the immediate impression is of space and light. An entrance gallery takes you through to a vast reception room of 50 square meters with 4 meter high ceilings and long windows looking out onto the bustling streets of Paris. However, whilst being in the centre of this busy city, the apartment is still remarkably quiet, as the other floors in the building are occupied by offices, and street noise is cut out but its double-glazed windows. Other things to note
We have a Memo, which explains everything about the apartment with all the condition. We can be contacted anytime in case the guests need it. The maid comes to clean and do the guest's laundry every other day and it's included in the rates.
You couldn't ask for a better spot to take in the magic of Paris. Between Opera Garnier and Palais Royal, the apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the Louvre and Tuileries garden.
This was the stomping ground of historic kings, and now its grand palaces and squares are home to museums, galleries, government offices, and luxury shopping. With no fewer than three Royal palaces, the attractions are plentiful in this neck of the woods. If checking out the Mona Lisa with throngs of tourists isn't your thing, we recommend exploring some of the area's quieter hidden gems. Colonnes de Burennes has a gorgeous secret square and Alain Ducasse's world-famous French restaurant 'Le Meurice' is just around the corner.
